John was always a friendly face when we needed anything! We bought a new unit with Moreau’s last year and they were so helpful if they had to come by for minor things. Never tried to make an unnecessary buck off of us. We signed up for a maintenance plan because they are that awesome. Highly recommend

Moreau’s has replaced an aging or dead furnace, capacitor, duct, cable whip, and float switch for us over the last few years.
Good prices, they always take the time to explain the exact issue, and my entire extended family in New Orleans (including the French Quarter) uses them when we have a problem.
