I recently discovered that my home A/C was not functioning properly. I called Gowland's because, even though I had never used them before, I had heard good things about them. They were quick to set up an appointment for the next day. Zack came out promptly and even called to tell me he was on his way. He checked my unit and determined that there was a leak in my coil. He was friendly, efficient, and professional and sent me pictures of my unit with approximate costs to repair or replace. Initially, I spoke on the phone with Zack. He was very kind and informative. Gavin came to service my humidifier and a/c. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his career and customers. He, too, was very informative and easy to speak with/ask questions. Prices are on point. Keep up the great work! *Humidifer was clogged. I was not aware a whole house humidifier needs serviced ::facepalm::
