I had such a positive experience bringing my cat, Fluffy, here. They helped us almost immediately, and everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate. Once we were brought to the back, they patiently answered every question I had—I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them.

Dr. Michelle made me feel very comfortable while she was talking about my cat. She answered my questions and even didn't mind repeating somethings to me. My cat had to be put on medication and Dr. Michelle even gave me coupons for the meds.
They are wonderful. My Laddie is loved but that isn't because he is so loveable; which he is. The vets are excellent and their vet techs are excep- tional. Their prices are typical and they offer kenneling but it is best to reserve your dates as far in advance as possible. Recently they came out with a private area that is equipped with a television, and is enclosed for quiet- ness.But that is a bit pricey so my Lad has to slum it in the low rent district. All in all it can be worth the prices, the only negative, are their weekend policy of being open every other Saturday. So in an emergency on a Saturday it is hit and miss as to whether they are open.
