My system was overcome with roots. Troy and his staff removed the lid and did a great job of removing all root obstructions and suctioned my tank. They installed an easier cleanout system for me going forward. They showed up with proper equipment, proper materials, and proper attitudes. All good attentive workers who worked well together to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. I will call them again - anytime I need my septic system serviced.

I am so over crap (no pun intended) service from many different companies but there are a small few that have given me hope and Cooper Septic is definitely at the top of that list. Courteous, efficient, communicative, cost effective, professional, from the first phone call to the day the job was done, to the day the owner came by to check on something he had a question about because his crew wasn’t sure and they wanted it to be correct. I love that honesty and I will never use anyone else. So grateful.

I was very pleased with the Cooper Septic Service, They gave me the time they would come, and they did come on time. The gentleman on the phone had had explained what they would do. And they followed through. They found the problem and took care of it. I am completely satisfied.
