They follow a "blueprint" for customer service and ongoing consumer support, often exceeding expectations. The company is recommended for both residential and commercial needs, including plumbing pipe repair. Recent reviews highlight punctuality, clear communication, and knowledgeable service, with staff explaining problems thoroughly and providing helpful suggestions like installing a backflow valve for protection during bad weather.
The drivers who pumped out our tank and replaced the broken aerator were friendly and informative - and came earlier than scheduled! Cooper Septic will have my business again in 3-5 years when we need to pump the tank! The dudes were not fans of the giant banana spiders that are all over the property, though 😂 ... the cost of doing business in Louisiana, I guess!
We called to have our tank serviced because we were selling the property and it didn't pass I section due to improper aeration. The technician determined the tank just needed to be pumped and was able to take care of it the same day. Communication with the office staff was quick, friendly and professional. They addressed the problem, fixed it and we passed inspection the next day.
Cooper is who we've always used and I would recommend them.
The price for the work was the going rate, I think it's expensive but it is what it is.
Received Septic system service, including pumping of septic tank and replacement of aerator motor. Cooper Septic kept me well informed of all steps performed, gave me an upfront quote before proceeding with any work and completely the job efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend their service.
