My system was overcome with roots. Troy and his staff removed the lid and did a great job of removing all root obstructions and suctioned my tank. They installed an easier cleanout system for me going forward. They showed up with proper equipment, proper materials, and proper attitudes. All good attentive workers who worked well together to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. I will call them again - anytime I need my septic system serviced.
I am so over crap (no pun intended) service from many different companies but there are a small few that have given me hope and Cooper Septic is definitely at the top of that list.
