I have 4 sweet boy cats and they are my world. When one of them got sick, I debated bringing him to our old vet that's an hour away. Honestly, that just didn't feel plausible. I started doing research to find the top-rated vets in Slidell and Brownswitch was at the top of the list every single time. And let me tell you, there's a reason why.
We made an appointment for the very next day and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes! When we got to the exam room, they gave Bubbacat (yes that's his real name lol) a treat so he could relax a bit (he loves those squeezy treats lol)! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr Jeff (I think was his name) was absolutely amazing. I have a senior puppy and he isn’t doing well. I walked in, crying my eyes out, holding him, just begging someone to help him. They took me immediately and within a few minutes the vet was in giving him an exam. I didn’t have an appointment and they were more than welcoming to us. He eased my worry and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend them 100 times over. Although we aren’t out of the woods just yet, I still have my old puppy man for the weekend for sure. I am so thankful for him and all the staff. They were all absolutely amazing.
All the staff at Brownswitch are so loving and give such good care. Dr. Marshall has helped our old girl manage many old age issues. The ladies at the front desk are always a joy to deal with. The techs are the kindest I've ever dealt with. Thanks so much to the team at Brownswitch!
