I took a restorative yoga class with Melissa on Sunday and it was SO good. As a mom of two littles, I never get to feel peace and calm, but with Melissa leading me I was able to feel at peace, and she showed me ways to stretch in poses I’ve done a million times but never in the way she explained them. I have a new love for sphinx pose thanks to her. Thank you for your gentle guidance, I’ll be doing another class with Melissa asap!
Absolutely love this yoga studio. Kellie has such a kind heart and has created a wonderful and inviting environment. I also just did one of Melissa’s classes and left feeling so at peace and ready to start my week. I’m so glad I found this studio❤️
Came in for the aerial yoga small group private class and what a blast it was! No one in our group had done aerial yoga before and we were all a little nervous. Kellie walked us through everything and progressed us to more difficult positions when we caught on. We all had a great time, laughing and flipping all around! Kellie was also very accommodating when we needed to reschedule to a different time (gave her a couple days notice). Absolutely recommend checking out this class with friends!
