Nails are cute but they're not what I wanted. I went in for a gel manicure. As I was looking at the gel color pallets, my tech took the pallet from my hand (which I already selected my color) and handed me another color pallet with barely any color choices.And then without consulting me or asking me she force upselled dip powder on me instead of the gel polish as I wanted.Just not really happy about my experience. The quality and skill are there, but I did not get what I wanted.
