Arrow should set the bar with employees like Beth in scheduling and Tech Allan who installs the Sentricon baiting system. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the employees who work for Arrow. Beth went above and beyond with explaining and eventually selling and scheduling my appointment. Allan my Tech, was very attentive with my questions and completed the task within that 2 hr time frame. Both Beth and Allan I think are valuable assets with Arrow.
Mr. Elijah Miles performed his duties in an outstanding manner as he was thorough in applying the application in and outside my residence. His pursuit of excellence is demonstrated by his thoroughness and timely application of service both inside and outside of my residence. TY for a job well done.
