Have two great experiences here with my kids recently. Rachael cut both of my kids hair and was great. She was good with my kids and offered different options when I gave a vague description of what I wanted. She did an awesome job and both cuts turned out great. She also reassured me about a concern I had with my daughter’s skin. Seeing the other ladies interact with the other customers gave me the real impression that everyone here is also very kind and does a great job.

However the lady Crystal who was extremely rude and unprofessional towards her coworker because she was trying to get her husband to work on a clients she had getting ready. To cut his hair spoke to her coworker very very rude. Is the most unethical thing I have ever heard in a place of business. Just so she could get her husband some work done. Anyways wondercuts is amazing but the lady Crystal or whoever is in the first chair on the right is very very unprofessional.
I love this place my 3 year old has level 3 autism and they are always so amazing and patient with him. They legit play and try to work together to get his hair cut and it always looks so amazing. I also get my daughters hair cut here and they always do a great job making sure its exactly what you like before you leave.
