Customer service was excellent. I love how they build rapport with the customers. Christine asks your name and address you by your name during your entire visit. The atmosphere was very pleasant, Christine and Man makes you feel welcomed and appreciate that you chose their establishment to do business with. My granddaughter nails came out beautiful, she was so happy and pleased, so was I.I definitely would recommend this place to my friends/family.Services: Acrylic nails

Before arriving I called utilmate nails and the nail tech Ms. Kristina was very polite and informative as far as the services that I wanted . When I arrived the shop was very clean and filled with the most peaceful and sweetest atmosphere. My services were immaculate, Ms. Kristana took her time with me and my deluxe pedicure. Even when other customers arrived she did not rush and they were patient enough as she finished with my services . She explained the care of the gel polish and the care of my feet. I will most definitely be returning as long as she is in business. Services: Callus removal
