Everyone is usually nice here but Vundia overcharged me and when I tried to ask her why she just yelled NEXT to the person behind me. She doesn't understand doing exchanges so I would use another cashier if there's an option

Look...i do not care about how people identify and strongly feel everyone should be respected. That being said, the more interactions i have with a certain person at this store the more disrespected i feel. It has nothing to do with anything else except the sour way they interact with others. Maybe consider something non-customer service related if you hate us so much.

The girls in the Clinique area were very helpful. My foundation color was discontinued and one of them helped me find a replacement that matched very well. She was kind, polite, and quite pleasant. I bought a few extra Clinique items that she recommended. Not only that, my 2 friends bought some clinique items too, even though they weren't there to shop. Great visit.
