Mary Patten was the sales representative I worked with and she was very knowledgeable on all products. I bought all of my tiles from them as well as a full appliance package and got a fabulous deal. Mary was professional, nice, responsive and took care of all of my needs. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking to remodel their home or a refresh of any space. A really helpful source of expertise as relates to Solartubes. We had an issue, actually cause by negligence on our part with our Solartube. I contacted these guys for assistance. They have an in-house expert that immediately advised us how to fix our issue. The part we needed was in their inventory....so ease and unusual in todays world.We are a real believer in the Solartube technology. Using them saves us a lot on our utility bill each month, does not affect our air conditioning in the summer, and is easy on the eyes. We heartily recommend Kitchen & Bath Cottage of Shreveport!!By the way their showroom is packed with kitchen and bath appliances and accessories.
