I indeed had both a Pleasant n Professional experience @ T & T. Prior to goin I read some reviews as I always do n must admit I almost didn't go. I had to remind myself ppl often express one sided views. All the reviews were very positive towards the front staff then wasn't so kind to Mr. Charles. Well, the front was Pleasant but I disagree with much of the not so pleasant images of Mr. Charles. I don't know him personally n I didn't go there looking for a new friend. I went there for Great, Honest, n Professional Services. I needed my vehicle tinted to my desire n 2 personalized front plates designed n made. I got exactly what I wanted on both fronts.
