My dear Stuart Burgess has helped me gain my confidence and self esteem to a whole new level. Stuart’s ability to give a guided structure to what I need in a work out has been very inspiring and a huge confidence builder. When I started with Stuart my balance was off….I was afraid to walk down a flight of stairs. He of course would walk with me to ensure my safety. With Stuart’s guidance and dedication He no longer has to walk me down. My balance is on point and my training level just keeps improving. I’m delighted with all the results. Thank you for listening and understanding my needs in a trainer.

I was Stuart for THREE YEARS... And it was only supposed to be a temporary stay, so it goes to show just how awesome he is! Very motivational and doesn’t over-push you or judge you at all. Super chill to talk to... and the conversations make you work harder since you don’t pay attention to the tiredness/pain lol! He’s the best! I always recommend him to people interested in a trainer... and BEST price you can find in Shreveport/Bossier City. He’s like the big bro you never had ?

From the very moment I stepped into the gym Stuart made me feel very comfortable. He is the true definition of a personal trainer that puts you into the right mindset to reach your goals! His workouts encompass total body (which is what I wanted) and he tailors exercises to your comfort and activity level.
