Dr. Treadwell and her staff are amazing. I have a very grumpy old cat who won't let our regular vet do anything with him, so I had to take him to SVIM. He had diabetes but wouldn't let anyone check his blood. Took him to SVIM and his sugar was 21...so he probably would have died with his next insulin shot. Thankfully, his diabetes was transient (keeping fingers crossed), he has a touch of chronic kidney disease, and is doing fabulous for an 18 year old guy.
