ServiceMaster Service Mitigation Supervior Kyle and teammember JD did an excellent job in providing a safe environment for my dad. They helped us navigate the entire process clearly and efficiently.
They arrived at our home promptly after being contacted. Once they arrived and assessed the damage, they quickly installed blowers to minimize damage as well has reduced mold growth. We had the blowers for about 7 days. They came by several times to check the machines and mold levels.
I dont wish home damage on anyone but if you do, call them!
All of the service men were just so kind and professional getting us through what could have been a difficult situation. They had everything in hand and good as new in no time. Richard and Kyle were exceptional!
Orlando came to our home and was knowledgeable from the start. We had met with another company initially and were very disappointed. Within five minutes of Orlando speaking to me and explaining the situation I felt comfortable and reassured by the entire process.
