A guy named Seth came to my house today on a service call at my Grandmothers request. I want to reach out to him and say Thank you so much for going above and beyond and really doing a great job today! My GMA (who is not easily impressed EVER) said he was the nicest most respectful young man that he took his time to explain stuff to her and answer any and all questions. He worked ALL MORNING AND ALL AFTERNOON to get the job done because today was my gmas only day off! My GMA said she felt safe in his presence and exceeded her expectations by a long shot! Reasonably priced and pictures and video provided of what needed to be fixed SUCH A RARITY THESE DAYS TO FIND GOOD HELP! My GMA just spent the last 30 min as soon as I walked in the door from work to tell me how happy she is! Y’all have gained loyal customers for life! I really and truly hope that SETH is recognized for his hard work, care and compassion it is truly appreciated more than you know! Praying many blessings for him and this company!!!!
