“I went to a Pilates chair class here while I was visiting my parents and it was one of the best workouts I’d ever been to. I love trying out different Pilates machine classes/studios and the instructor, Emily, was personable, made me feel welcome, and was inclusive (which to be honest is rare, especially since I’m a fluffy sized lady). She made the workout fun and go by so fast. I am so sore in the best way! I’m going to try and take a class every time I’m in town now.”
