Customers describe the company as professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. After hail damage forced a full roof replacement, the company handled everything smoothly, managed the insurance paperwork, arrived on time, worked cleanly, and installed a solid new roof. Communication was clear throughout, and the property was left tidy. Crews were professional and courteous to families and completed the roof in one day. The company went above and beyond, never backed down from anything the insurance company did, and stayed in constant communication the entire time. One customer notes a denial turned into a full roof replacement, costing only the deductible. The company walked customers through each phase of the project and was especially helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Customers highly recommend the company for any roofing needs and report a new beautiful roof that is much better than the original one.
