Top quality service and the Representative that handled my Loan request at Mariner Finance in Shreveport, LOUISIANA was very helpful, Friendly, courteous and very professional in walking me through the loan application and for answering any questions that I had. Mrs Danielle is and was very helpful in all my needs.
My experience in the office of Mariner Finance was excellent. The personnel was extremely friendly and courteous. I would have given the experience a 5-star rating had I not had to wait so long.The total time to process the loan, after having done a phone application, was a little over 3 hours.
They are efficient, and professional the office is always clean, and their appearance is professional. I think that the advertising by mail is helpful, but is not safe because of how someone steal. I borrow from the mail because it is Hassel free. Thank you
