This is the best mechanic shop in all of Shreveport/Bossier Louisiana. I went in because my air was no longer blowing cold. Upon arriving, I was greeted in a nice manner and was taken to a nice waiting area to wait. My air was fixed in a timely manner and I also mentioned my break pads may needed changing. Not only did my air get fixed, but I got new break pads put on as well! The mechanics know what they are doing and don’t try to get over on anyone. They were very honest about what was going on with my vehicle and got me in and out. If I could give ten stars I would! The gentleman at this shop have gained a life-long customer!Services: Brakes

Very friendly and kind. Took our older model car, issues with cranking. We had already changed out the fuel pump ourselves and we just couldn't figure it out. Mr Lincoln and his crew figured out the issue and fixed and didn't charge a arm and a leg. He let us know it would be a couple of days before he would be able to look at it. But once they did. Fixed in no time. We have found our new family mechanic. And we are so grateful to L&R and I will be sharing my praises with them to all my friends and acquaintances.
