The manager is smart and attentive well beyond average. Unfortunately as you go down from him the employees digress. They have a very generous supply of instruments. I will be glad to shop there again.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff.I went again recently, and they sort of just dismissed me, got the product they thought I needed/wanted, and cashed me out.I won't be asking for help next time. I'll just browse and/or shop online.

The crew at GC have always gone out of their way to ensure I have the gear I need. They never try to sell me some unnecessary gear and are willing to refund or exchange if it doesn't work. I bought two lovely guitar pedals from them, and they make my electric harp sound like it's from another planet. They have also paid me more than I thought my own gear was worth.
