I've been practicing Jiu-jitsu at Gracie Stonewall Jiu-jitsu for almost two years now. This is NOT a "buy" a belt program. The instructor here teaches the art proficiently which people actually learn. Not only do I train here but my I have my young son and soon, my daughter in this class. Bryan, the instructor, takes his time with the kids and has a great deal of patience and love for teaching the children. Several adult volunteers also assist in teaching the little ones and we are privileged to witness the level of professionalism generated by Bryan. Nothing but high regard for Bryan and this school. I've been training here for years. the people here are like a second family. Everyone here is always working to teach and help you improve. if you want to learn true self defense, this is the place for you!
I've been with this school around a year now, both me and my son. Byran, the instructor, has a vast array of knowledge about several arts and the history of martial arts. We practice jiu-jitsu. The training has helped me in many ways but the main thing is that it's helped me with my PTSD that's military related and has an impact with my relationship with my son in a positive manner as it's a way that we have something in common to bond with.
