After moving back home to Shreveport from Dallas, finding a Barber to cut my natural hair was, NIL!! After several failed attempts, l just gave up, let my hair grow back from the nicks and holes a Walmart barber left in my hair. Then l was referred to Billy at Dreams on the Cooper Road. Scheduled my appointment and it was the best experience. The price very affordable. I only paid more because I left a nice tip because, my hair is FIRE!! THANK YOU BILLY, I LOVE IT!!
