I had a pair of Harley-Davidson Boots re-soled. I was under the assumption that the amount of sole I wore off would be replaced with a new sole.Not so.I returned to the store with the repaired boots and my other old boots and the measurments of the soles on NEW boots. When I asked the owner about the hard soles and the shortened heel ...... his reply was that he did ONLY what I asked !!! jReally??? I am left with a pair of boots that I can not wear for more than 2 hours without having sore feet.And he said he would be glad to fix those things but it was going to cost me $70 and up...... WHAT?????I paid $70
Took 2 pair of brand new sandals in to have the ankle straps cut off. They were ready when promised, and you couldn't tell that they had ever been on the shoes. Perfect and beautiful work!
They can fix anything! Fix that that thing you love!
