I have used Cross Roofing for over 25 years and they do a great job. When we did a small addition to our old house the contractor used a different roofing company that does mostly new construction. Mr Cross happened to come by for another reason and explained why this new roof would leak in a blowing rain because they used cold press and you had to use hot press on a flat roof to really seal it. He could stick his hand between the felt and the rolled roofing. I showed my contractor, he took his roof fee off and Cross redid it so it wouldn’t leak. He also educated me on roof maintenance and the
Importance of blowing it off once or twice a year.
