Thank you, Patrick with Computer Problems! My ancient PC was causing me to lose my religion. Having used this business before, I took it in on a Thursday to see what could be done. This is an HONEST business! Pat could have done any number of things from adding more RAM to changing it to a solid state drive. He could have made several hundred dollars and I would've been pleased for a year. Why didn't he just do that? He was very quick to say that he could speed it up, but since Windows 10 is going to be obsolete in less than a year and I need Windows 11, he suggested a new computer. Could he have stopped there? I've got a good friend that can fix your computer ! The first time you walk in you are a customer, after that you are friends. They only work on friends computers. They fix your problems as fast and as cheep as they can, after all you are good friends. Then you will understand all the FIVE stars, so I say thank you Bill & Pat for being my friend!!! When your computer is broke, You Need A Friend!!!

Excellent customer service! Have a older computer that still did what I needed to do but had some issues. They were not going be out done. The issue was resolved and my computer is faster than ever!
