I absolutely hate doctors! But this man was direct, transparent and helpful from the start. I wish he was general physician so I could use him more. I had a septoplasty and everything has gone exactly like he said from the start.

I researched looking for a ENT doctor that accepted United Health Care Community Plan and it clearly states on this doctors Highland Clinic profile that he does. When I called the rude argumentative receptionist said he does not. Why list misleading information? There are also quite a few negative reviews.

Dr. Rice is amazing. However, his receptionist is rude, and I'm convinced she hates her job and wants to do the minimum. She argues with me every time, trying to say that my daughter is not covered under our insurance because she's too lazy to call to verify. Once I go back to the waiting area and call and take my phone to her. She checks her in. I thought it was the receptionist job to verify insurance, NOT the parent of the patient.
