I went in there to see about fixing my phone. Decided it was not worth it, but the salesman gave me some suggestions on finding what I wanted. I didn't buy anything and he was still very helpful. I won't hesitate to go back when I do need something they have for sure, hard to find good businesses around here.

Went to get my 10 year old phone back to working and charging condition. Helped me out tremendously! I lucked up though that they still had the right battery in stock. Great and fast service.

Had to come in today because my Samsung phone screen went black after I dropped my phone in a pool over the weekend.I called ahead to ask if it could be fixed and how long it would take. He said it probably needs a new screen and would take about one hour.Upon arriving, the employee (didn't get his name) was very customer-oriented. But he didn't give me much hope once he opened the phone and saw all the moisture in it. He said he'd see what he could do and would call me in 30 minutes. He called and said it looked good, and the phone worked fine (lucky me). All in all great customer service. If I ever have another phone issue, I'll definitely go back to Cellphone Solutions....read full review
