We love Shelby and DR_⁷⁸. We never have to wait more than a couple of min. before being seen. They listen to any concers i have about either one of my kids. Also, any time one of my kids are sick, they are quick about getting them in to see whats going on with them.
I went to the Shreveport dentist and they were so nice and professional. The nurse and dentist made sure I was ok when numbing my gum for the extraction. The receptionist was also, kind and professional. I made the right decision to go over there. The payment sliding scale is awesome without it I would’ve been stuck trying to find someone to do my extraction. Yes, they take adult Medicaid, but if not your insurance that’s where the payment sliding scale comes into play. Even if you don’t have any insurance. They are the BEST!!!
Out of every single clinic I’ve been to that accepts Medicaid, this is 1000% the best one! I’d honestly go as far to say that it is the best clinic I’ve been to in Shreveport, EVER!! Dr. Simmons is AMAZING and listens to her patients concerns so intently. She was even surprised my old doctor didn’t do certain things, or prescribe a medication for my back injury, 8+ months ago when I had gone last. Every nurse/CNA up there is AMAZING, as well, and so so sweet. I am so surprised and shocked at how friendly and wonderful EVERY staff member is.
