I reached out on 6/24/23 to schedule through Candy's Svcs & was advisesd she wouldn't be available until 7/7/23. We scheduled an appt for 7/8/23 for 2pm. I sent her my address & cell #; she said that she would call me, but never did. I reached out (via Yelp) on 7/7 to confirm our 2pm appt on 7/8 & she responded that she would be here. To my dismay, she was a no-call, no-show! I know that unforseen events do occur, but "communication" is key ESPECIALLY when you are running a business!! I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and the wasted time!

Contacted this business and did what I was told and never received a response!!!! Will never contact them again!!!! Maybe they thought I couldn't afford them!! Such a sad mistake!!!!!

I was moving from out of state to a new home that I hadn't visited in person (long story). The home looked clean enough from photos and video but it looked like some areas in the kitchen and bathroom needed some help. I found Charlotte via Yelp. She responded quickly and we had a deal. From what I was told I think that there were some surprises lurking under the hood of the stove and other places. Charlotte worked very hard to make things better and she did a fantastic job. I'm just sorry that I didn't know the extent of the filth hiding before I hired her . I would have given her a heads up on that. Anyway, I highly recommend her services.
