I am beyond happy with the job Stanley Steemer did on my carpets. Our carpets are old and stained, we have dogs which doesn’t make the situation better either, but my carpets look better than they ever have. I usually clean my carpets myself but my shampooer broke and I was just fed up so I wanted to get it done professionally.... and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the DIY. Arthur was my tech and he explained everything he did very well, offered additional services - I had no idea that they did more than just carpet and upholstery! Drake and Deonte both were very polite and quick with what they had to do but communicated when necessary and when we talked to them. I would highly recommend them for more cleaning detail. Stanley Steemer and Drake and Deonte are phenomenal.
