Customers describe a very professional and organized operation. The work crew was on time and professional and did a great job on removing and replacing the roof. The manpower was perfectly sized to maximize efficiency. From sales to operation and installation, the leadership team followed up to make sure the job was done right. The work crew made sure the job was done correctly and made sure all the trash was cleaned up and gone off the job site. One customer had a great experience with all the different members of the Erie Home team. The office manager answered all questions and made sure the customer was comfortable with the fiberglass shingle selection. The installation manager went over the whole process of replacing the roof and what was going to be done and wanted the customer to feel comfortable with the color of the shingles before they were installed. The installation foreman called the day before the installation and made sure the customer was ready for the roof to be replaced and if there were any questions. The crew showed up around 0630 and started picking up items that might get damaged and covered up the plants. They took off all the old shingles and inspected all the plywood. They replaced any damaged plywood on the roof and made sure all plywood was nailed securely to the rafters. They installed the synthetic underlayment and snow and ice guard. They inspected all the flashing around the edge of the roof and replaced some that needed to be changed. They installed the new fiberglass shingles and installed a roof vent and additional side vents. They finished the roof in one day. They picked up all of the old roofing materials and ran a magnet on the ground to pick up any stray nails. They used a blower to clean up any loose pieces of roofing material from around the house. The crew did a superb job installing the new roof. One customer is very well satisfied. Another customer said there were a bunch of guys who took off the old roof and put on the new roof. They were here at 7 and worked until 5. They cleaned up beautifully with magnets, rakes, blowers and sweepers. They were a happy, friendly work crew. The customer thanked each one when they were leaving for home and is fairly certain that this 2 level base will withstand wind and rain.
