Today, I called in about a possible gas leak.Austin Whitten and Landon came to fix the problem. They were prompt, professional, and very courteous. I was pleased that they showed much concern for my safety, as well as being knowledgeable and skilled.
Leaking water heater removed by Reagan and his co worker Lawson after emptying the tank and disassembling the unit.They returned shortly thereafter with the new replacement and carefully carried the two units and installed the new water heater and also answered all of my questions.Took the time to run the water to get rid of all air in the system.Reagan and Lawson both were polite and professional and very knowledgeable about their tasks.Helped me identify the correct breaker since my box was installed upside down.Thank you young gentlemen.Great job.
Reagan and Lawson fixed my toilet and I am very satisfied with the work they did. They explained what the situation was and what the plan was to take care of it. Took a lot less time than I thought it was going to take which helped with my nerves.
