He was putting chlorine pucks and was not testing water chemicals. Then charged me for a pool light and gasket to be changed that Was not done timely and when I told him don’t worry about it he angrily said he had “already done” so I paid him. Then he had to suddenly go up on our agree monthly service. Two weeks after pool light and increased fee pool was continuing to be dirty after he was supposed to be vacuuming, I had pool checked at by an inspector, chemicals were WAY off, extremely acidic, and pool light had water in it! This man is a thief. i paid him 300.00 cash only of course and he says he came out three days and my pool still looks like the green lagoon. He put a 40.00 bottle of drop in it and is saying another 300.00 to fix it he has no idea what he is doing is rude and I have even called to cops to see about theft and my money since he didnt do anything!!! Never pay in advance people are so shady and dishonest.. horrible service horrible experience.
