Im an advocate for the disabled and chronic pain patients. I have delt with so many bad medical professionals it isnt even funny. I'd like to say this was the best experience I've had at a hospital. Everyone from the front desk to the janitor are freaking amazing!!! The nurses actually cared about me!!! Im literally blown away. I cannot express how different of an experience i had. Im use to Glenwood (Deadwood) . Dear God im thinking of moving to be closer to this hospital. My doctor is in the same area and is amazing. Ppl have been sleeping on Rayville. You guys are truly the most compassionate nurses and doctors I've meet in decades. I'm a disabled advocate. I've seen...read full review
I HATE to say that I didn't get the nurses name, she was great also! Anyway, service was friendly and quick, but thorough. Facility was clean and quiet, maybe it was the time of year or day, but I'll take it!
It's very rare to enter a clinic where everybody is happy, in a good mood, and focused on their patients well-being, and not just collecting a check... for that reason, I highly recommend this CityMD location to everyone!!
