With all the different flu, covid and/or viral infections with their many different symptoms it can be difficult for a Dr. to properly diagnose and prescribe the correct medications. I have been blessed with the fact that the only thing I normally do is visit my primary Dr yearly for blood work and check up. However, luck caught up with me and I fell ill on a weekend and visited Lafourche Urgent Care. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their knowledge, professionalism and the heart felt service they provided. The nurse that took my vitals (sorry I can’t remember her name) was great. She had genuine concern , was compassionate, did not rush and listened to all my symptoms. She was great! I then saw Dr Adam Arcement. He has definitely made the right career choice ! He cuts no corners in his examination, ask all the right questions, does not rush, is genuinely concerned, extremely knowledgeable, prescribed the right meds and offered his opinion of other issues that could cause the same symptoms that I could share with my family physician if I didn’t feel better after taking the meds he prescribed.
