I have been a Mobile Air customer for years and I've always been satisfied. Recently they gave me an estimate that was one-third of the 'low' estimate another company had given. Not only that, they got the part faster and helped keep my unit running while we waited. They're the best and you can pretty much take their quotes as the best you're going to get.
We have been using Mobile Air for a very long time. Our house has 2 systems, both sort of unusual for residential. One is a 3 phase AC, the other is a package unit heat pump. We'd had a lot of issues with other companies. Mobile Air is an honest company with highly skilled technicians. They've replaced parts, installed thermostats, installed a new blower, repaired a problem caused by a mouse that got into the system in the attic, and they even managed to undo a very complicated terrible rewiring job done by a different repair company who had rigged a weird incompatible thermostat onto our system causing it to malfunction in increasingly weird ways. Recently, a neighbor got a $4000 - $6000 repair quote from a different HVAC company that he had a 'vip membership' with. He called Mobile Air for a second opinion, and they fixed it for under $1500. I'm curious to an obnoxious degree, and they always indulge me. I've learned a good bit from them, and they don't even charge me for the lessons, lol. Anyway, I love these guys. I wish all repair services were just like them.
We've been using mobile air for years now and they do great work. They don't send salespeople, they send people who are skilled at fixing your hvac. They are so nice and they always indulge my curiosity about the work they are doing.
