Great atmosphere, friendly staff! Came to Jeanette after having my hair butchered by a young and inexperienced ' hair stylist ' who was asked to layer my mid length fine hair and discovered she cut a chunk off of my hair right at my nape...had no choice but to cut it short so it wouldn't show so much. She wasn't even dignified enough on her craft to be honest with me. All she had to do was tell me she didn't know how to do what I asked. She did however, not fail to badger me for payment - which was very high, I should add- right after washing my hair and clearly not done with the job, as if I'd walk out without paying.
