The clinic is not fancy, but the staff is thorough and good at their job. Some clients appreciate that the massage therapists do not speak to them during the massage, allowing them to relax. The clinic has a tip policy, with a suggested $10 per hour tip. While some clients find the clinic to be a great value for the price, others have complained about the tip policy and some disadvantages, such as the cold temperature indoors and unpleasant smell of sheets and towels. Despite this, many clients have reported positive experiences, with one client's neck feeling much better after just an hour session. I’ve been reading some of these reviews of people complaining about the tip. I use to be a spa manager in Florida, Miami Beach for 11 years and a 20% was automatically added at checkout (the massage price are way higher than this place). This place is cheap and paying a $10 tip an hour is nothing to complain about because the massage that was done was amazing. I came with knots in my neck and without even saying anything she knew. My boyfriend was the one that told me to go after I told him my neck was getting worse. She was mindful of the pressure and asked if I was alright. The work of the staff is 5 stars, the massage therapists tried to do everything right. But there are disadvantages, because of which I will not come here anymore.
I had a massage for 2 hours.
- it's very cold indoors, my feet were all icy, I couldn't relax for two hours. The masseur warms up my muscles and they immediately freeze from the air conditioner.
- not a very pleasant smell of sheets and towels. Maybe it's the smell from their cream.
- when paying, we tipped, but they demanded more from us, they showed us a sign where tips should be $ 10 per hour, we were ready to pay them, but they told us without a smile that - pay more!!!
The place is not fancy by any means. But I like the job that the girls do on my body, they are thorough and very good.. i always get the 90 minute deep tissue .. it’s intense. The best thing I like about it is that they do not speak to me while giving me a massage.. if I go to any other place where they speak English I am talking the entire time.. Great service for the price..
