The location is convenient, with a nearby Love's truck stop for drivers to wait or rest, and the facility operates with new hours, closing at midnight and reopening at 7:00 AM. The process for live unloads or loads involves dropping trailers at designated docks, sliding tandems to the rear, disconnecting, and then waiting for the call from the receiving station. The backing can be tight with stacked trailers, but the procedures are straightforward. There is no on-site parking while being loaded, and wait times can vary from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the load. It is recommended to arrive with at least 6-7 hours remaining on the 14-hour clock. Overall, staff are friendly, and the unloading process can be quick when proper trailers are used.
If you are here for the first time, you will need to watch a safety training video, after which you will need to answer a few questions.

All the reviews are correct and this place is absolutely terrible. Soon as you are checking in , the rude black lady at the inside desk starts complaining about all the trucks arriving and treats you like you just showed up here out of the blue. Clearly does not appreciate she even has a job never the less just understanding she has a job to do. I will not be coming back to this place and this facility and how it is run is pretty much evident as soon as you walk in with the attitudes you encounter. Most likely they are going to tell you what they told all the drivers I seen, it is going to be a while and to go down the street to the loves truck stop and wait for them...read full review
The lady in the guard shack and lady in the office were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. For live unload/load you drop trailer in assigned dock, slide tandems to the rear, disconnect, put a trailer jack under the trailer and bobtail to the Love's just a mile down the street until they call you. The backing can be tight with the Schneider trailers stacked 2 and 3 deep. Other than that, it wasn't too bad.
