The 3 men who came to install my new unit came in and got to work. They were kind and knowledgeable and explained everything as they worked. They were patient answering all the questions I had. They protected my floors and cleaned up before they left. I was very impressed and pleased.
This is not only my opinion. Zito’s entire staff is so professional, reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. Will give cost saving recommendations. Will come to your rescue and have a 24 hour answering service to take down your information seven days a week. Exceptionally and reasonably priced up-charge for nights and weekend service. My last service involves having no AC on a Saturday night. Expected to leave a message and desperately hoping to hear back from them on Monday. 24 Answering service advised me that they do work weekends, however, Sunday was all booked up. Jason ZITO’S company is a great company to work with. He responded quickly when others wouldn’t when we had a water heater that needed to be replaced quickly. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with!
