The main thing when I go to the dentist is that I can’t feel pain. I did not feel pain and I am very thankful for that! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I love the relaxed vibes of the office. It helped keep me calm. Thank you Ponchatoula family dentistry for everything.
I visited this dental office for the first time today and was very impressed. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and skilled and the dentist was very kind. The office is a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this office to anyone.
In an emergency situation, in bad pain, I called and told my problem to the receptionist. She listened, looked for an appt. And made a same day appt for me. First thing to make my day a good one.At the office I was greeted promptly and after filling out my paper work, was seen quite quickly. The staff are polite and good at what they do.The problem was found, meds were prescribed, and an appointment was made, asap, to correct the problem.If I have to spend a lot of money so far I’d have to say it seems this is as good a place as any ?.I was very happy with my experience so far.I haven’t had any work done as of yet but the end result will have sway over this review,...read full review
