Entire staff had attitudes. I was given my glasses to try on at the front entrance, while standing up. She asked if I can see and sent me on my way. Later I noticed that my glasses was the wrong prescription. I went back and the staff made me feel as though I was wrong. I would not recommend this business to anyone. In fact stay clear of this place. If most of your reviews says the same thing then we know the common denominator. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
My grand daughter had an appointment today to pick out frames she sat two hours and had numerous people go ahead of her. She is a child but she recognized the unprofessional service. She is eleven years old and from what she told me about your service and professionalism you need to just say you have a problem with serving some people. I'm pretty sure you have heard this before.
I love the crew there in Plaquemine. They are always friendly and fun to be around. They work with you on getting everything you need in a quick and efficient manner. I will definitely continue to bring my family to them for all our eye care needs.
