“Shay is great and so is McLean (my barber). I really appreciate that they both kept a calm composure during the stressful situation and fixed it—especially since it was the last hour of the day and there were other customers waiting.

​The issue started because Shay had to jump in constantly to teach McLean how to cut properly while she was cutting another cuatomer's hair.

Toward the end, I noticed a patch that looked shorter than the rest and wanted it fixed so everything was even. Shay helped out once again.

I understand everyone's motivation was just to finish the cut, and they did their best, but it ended up taking much longer than expected.
