Mrs.Lezika, the owner of this company contacted me immediately and helped me with everything that was suppose to be done. She was very helpful, and did not realize this was happening. She answered all my questions . I really appreciate how she handled the situation. I will use them again, she promised she would handle my taxes for 2025 also, so that I don’t go thru the same thing again.

I will not use this financial institution again.
When she submitted my taxes it came back someone claimed my child . The IRS told to fill a different form out and send it in. I asked the lady who filed the taxes for me if she would fill it out and send it since I was charged $1280.00 for the tax preparer. She said she would, but it would cost me another $200-$250I.li called a month later she still had filed it and she still had not that was back in may. I have messaged several times snd get ignored.“
