Dr. Janna Foret, Dr. Lauren Oray, and the entire staff by far provide the best service we have EVER received when it comes to caring for our labs. They literally saved our 5 year old lab Colt's life when another local veterinarian was discussing euthanasia. The facility is clean and organized and every member of the staff we have engaged with are friendly, kind, and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
The Hotel is excellent. I have never boarded my dog before this week. I was able to tour the facilities before I decided to board my dog over several nights. The staff were very helpful and explained their routines clearly. They were careful to make notes of all of his preferences and needs, which gave me peace of mind. They listened to my concerns about his interactions with other dogs and special instructions I had because my dog is deaf. They sent me photos of my dog interacting with the staff and walking around the yard. During his stay, he got a bath and a nail trim. My dog came home in good spirits and I could clearly see he had been well taken care of.
Having just moved to Pineville from Grand Rapids MI I needed a good veterinarian for my baby. I’m very particular about the health care for my furr babies. A friend suggested this vet, and all I can say is they were very helpful and kind. Now my sweet boy is resting. I will be back for my other two kitty’s!
