KBLR Construction recently removed damaged laminate flooring after an AC overflow and installed new flooring in a timely manner at a great price. The service was personable and professional. Another project involved installing new slate style tiles on a porch after removing cracked up pavers from the original build. The work went above and beyond to correct old issues and ensure the base was set up right for the new tiles, with a timely and efficient process and fair pricing. Custom cabinetry work was described as truly artisan, with meticulous attention to detail evident in the final result. The process was explained step by step, and the price was exceptionally reasonable. New flooring installation in a bathroom was done well, with a friendly and helpful approach, including an offer to add baseboards and complete hallway flooring at material cost. The main area for improvement was communication regarding timing, as arrival was later than expected. Small issues after installation were addressed quickly. Overall, KBLR Construction is kind, honest, and highly professional. The knowledge extends far beyond standard construction, encompassing multiple trades. Customers highly recommend the company for any project and will call for all future home projects.

John installed new flooring in my bathroom, and overall I had a positive experience. He was very friendly, explained the process, and was helpful throughout the project. He also offered to add baseboards in an area of the bathroom that didn’t already have them (we provided the materials), which was appreciated. While he was here, he also offered to complete our hallway flooring, which had been unfinished due to termite damage. He did the hallway at material cost only, which was extremely kind and something we were very grateful for.

First let me apologize for the lengthy review. But a fundamental desire to inform & educate doesn't just shut off, even when educators retire. :-)
Anyway we recently hired John for home repairs and was incredibly impressed with his work. He is kind, honest, and highly professional. His knowledge extends far beyond standard construction, encompassing multiple trades including mechanical skills.
John’s craftsmanship on our custom cabinetry is truly artisan, and his meticulous attention to detail is evident in the final result. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, walking me through every step of the process.

After my AC overflowed, the laminate floor was ruined. KBLR removed the damaged flooring and installed new flooring in a very timely manner and at a great price.
